Europe Virgin Fund L.P. (‘EVF’), a private equity fund sponsored by Dragon Capital, has acquired a majority stake in Tetaxes Limited, a Cyprus-based holding company for Prime Group, one of Ukraine’s leading outdoor advertising operators. Black Sea Trade and Development Bank has joined EVF as a new investor.

Dragon Capital advised Icon Private Equity on the acquisition by Sintal Agriculture of Agrika, formerly part of Icon’s investment portfolio. The deal expanded Sintal Agriculture’s land bank by 50%, to 150,000 hectares.

Agroton Group (AGT:WS), one of the largest agricultural producers in eastern Ukraine, has successfully placed its debut three-year US$50m Eurobond issue. Dragon Capital, UBS and VTB Capital acted as Lead Managers and Bookrunners on the deal.

Dragon Capital has successfully placed bonds for Credit Dnipro Bank with a total nominal value of UAH 100m. Dragon Capital was the exclusive financial advisor and placement agent.
